Going Vegan What to Expect?

Q: I would like to try to go vegan for one month and then hopefully remain vegan.

What changes in my body can I expect?
Are butter and eggs type food considered food vegans would eat?

A: It can vary from person to person if as an omni you were eating loads of meat and other unhealthy foods and then immediately eat super healthy food as a vegan you will probably feel something but that's only due to your body getting used to new foods.
